At Redstone Nurse, we offer customized solutions to meet the needs of your childcare facility. Whether you have state compliance issues, inexperienced staff, safety issues, or environmental health issues. We help clients find solutions and give them tools to resolve the health, safety, and wellness issues to keep the children in their care safe. We offer these services a la carte or on a monthly contract basis. The service fee is based on the number of child occupants. Specialized scenario trainings are tailored to your needs, but as an example, we have done practice seizure scenarios where staff get to practice the roles in this situation. These practice sessions help staff be calmer and effective when a serious health issue arises.
All licensed child care centers and preschools in Colorado are required to have a minimum of one monthly visit with a child care health consultant (CCHC). This medical professional helps the program meet and exceed basic health and safety standards. CCHCs provide consultation and training to child care programs on a variety of topics, from universal precautions to medication administration to children with special health care needs. Our specialty is complex medically fragile children and adults. We are located in Erie, Colorado. We serve Boulder, Weld, Larimer, Broomfield, Adams, and Denver counties. Training can be in person or online.
